Letter to My Friends in India |
Dear Friends,
I am sorry to tell you that our tour to India has been postponed. And at this point, there are no official dates I can give for rescheduled concerts. As disappointing as this is for everyone involved, we are not discouraged. I am confident we will be traveling to India soon. But due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control, this tour will be postponed.
My team and I are incredibly grateful for the Friendship Club in India and all of their hard work on this tour. Their entire team has been great--focused, diligent, and thorough. Everyone has done everything we know to do, and yet we were still prevented from coming. So like Ephesians 6:13 says, "...after you have done everything, to stand." We are standing together now, united, and expectant to see what the Lord will do. It is often when we reach the end of our abilities that He is truly able to show Himself mighty in our circumstances.
We stand with the Friendship Club; we are united on this. So we believe God has a greater purpose and plan. Then ultimately when we do come, no man will be able to say he has done this; it is a thing only God can do! Isaiah 55:9 says "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." So although we can't see it now, we will!
Please join me in praying that God's purposes and plans will be established in our lives and in the nation of India. And my friends, I will see you soon!
