SUBMISSION RELEASE AND CONSENT

For purposes of this Release, “Don Moen” includes any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with him (his “affiliates”), and each of their respective licensees, designees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Don Moen Parties”).

By submitting content through this form (the “Submission”), I grant the Don Moen Parties a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit for length/clarity, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed (including YouTube, social media, websites, broadcasts, and promotional materials), without further notice, approval, or compensation.

I consent to use of my first name and country (and any other information I include) in connection with the Submission. I understand the Submission may be made public and agree not to include private or confidential information I do not want disclosed.

To the extent permitted by law, I waive and release any moral rights and rights of publicity/privacy in and to the Submission and consent to editing or other changes that do not misrepresent my Submission.

I represent and warrant that (1) I created the Submission and/or have all rights necessary to grant this license; (2) the Submission does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity); and (3) any identifiable persons have given me permission to include their information. The Don Moen Parties have no obligation to use the Submission. No confidential or fiduciary relationship is created by my Submission. I release and hold harmless the Don Moen Parties from any and all claims arising from the permitted use of the Submission.
